But can it also do so when we taste food and drink?
In Flavour invites you to try an experience where sound combinations interact with aromas.
What to expect?
The idea, basically, is to expect nothing.
Just let go. And allow yourself to be surprised.
This is not a traditional menu.
It is a sensory experience.
A series of orchestrated bites.
Each dish surprises with its flavours and aromas.
They are inspired by local nature.
Music accompanies them, perfectly synchronised.
It amplifies the tastes and highlights the aromas.
Some bites are very simple.
Others are more elaborate.
We have created a ‘non-menu’ in four movements.
Like an appetiser, a starter, a main course and a dessert.
To ensure that the synchronisation works, the tasting will be guided.
Myriam Boucris will play the role of master of ceremonies.
With her theatrical gestures, she will invite the audience to take a bite......
at the precise moment when the music changes.
